Located in the heart of Palm Desert, California, Willow Springs Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing facility dedicated to helping residents regain independence and return home after surgery, injury, or illness. We pride ourselves on personalized care, a fully equipped rehab unit, and a vibrant community atmosphere. Our team includes dedicated RNs, CNAs, therapists, and social workers — all working together to support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
💼 What You'll Do
As our new SLP, you'll:
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and therapy goals.
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California SLP license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
