The Business Research Analyst I is responsible for organizing and analyzing data to generate actionable business insights and enhance process automation. This role entails providing research, reporting, CRM administration, and workflow design. The analyst will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs, focusing on automation and efficiency improvement. Acting as the subject matter expert for CRM, the analyst will use statistical analysis to offer insightful recommendations, planning, and reporting support to senior management.
